Why we built this
Mortgage calculators that don't handle Canadian stress tests. Roofing estimators that use national averages that are wrong everywhere. Salary calculators that only cover federal tax and miss your state entirely. We built HomeCalc because the existing tools weren't good enough for people who needed real numbers.
What we are (and what we're not)
We are a publisher. Our calculators provide estimates based on publicly available tax tables, regional cost data, and standard industry formulas. We are not licensed mortgage brokers, financial advisors, real estate agents, or contractors. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or professional advice. Always verify with a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Who we are
HomeCalc is part of Infinfy Solutions, a web agency based in Vancouver, BC. We also build websites for tradespeople and contractors — if you're a tradesperson without a web presence, we can help.
