Your calculator inputs — mortgage amounts, income, address details — never leave your browser. Every calculation runs client-side in JavaScript. We collect minimal analytics (page views, calculator usage counts). We don't sell data.
What we collect
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — page views, approximate region, browser type. No session recording.
Contact forms: Name, email, message — stored only to respond to you. No marketing list without consent.
Calculator inputs: Nothing. Zero. All math happens in your browser.
Cookies
One localStorage key (homecalc-theme) for dark/light preference. GA4 sets session cookies. No advertising cookies.
Third-party services
Google Analytics: Anonymous usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Affiliate links: LendingTree, HomeAdvisor, and other partners have their own privacy policies when you click through.
Your rights
